Rose Siard has gained a large following on TikTok thanks to her helpful make-up tips and tricks.

And she is back with one of her latest tips on how to correctly apply foundation in order to get full coverage, without it looking too thick and cakey.

Known on TikTok as ‘roseandben’, Rose has a whopping 1.2million followers and 19.6million likes on the video sharing platform.

In one of her recent videos, the beauty fan uploaded her video with the caption ‘This might be why your foundation isn’t lasting’.

She explained: “Foundation mistakes I’ve made along the way.

“I’d start by just applying it on my face like this and then without smoothing it out, I would just take my brush and start to work it in.

“First of all, look what that does to the brush.

“You can’t get a smooth, even application when you do it that way, trust me.

“Just put some on the back of your hand, then smooth it out completely on your face.

“I grabbed another brush so you can see that it even makes your brushes stay nicer.
