Ipsy has tapped former Sephora chief technology officer, Sree Sreedhararaj, as its new CTO. In his new position, Sreedhararaj aims to further the beauty subscription box company’s goal of delivering personalized experiences.
British wellness brand Neom Organics has promoted Isabel Malbois to chief executive officer. Having joined the company in 2021 as global commercial director, Malbois aims to continue to build on the brand’s reported double-digit growth across its home market.
Shielded Beauty has appointed its first general manager: Paula Scandone. Most recently senior vice president of sales at BeautyStat, Scandone will lead distribution growth at Shielded, which is sold online at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and other U.S. department stores.
Emily Bond has joined Newell Brands as senior vice persident and general manager of the home fragrance business. Most recently, Bond was Givaudan’s head of fine fragrances, North America.
Beauty by Imagination has named Jennifer Van Aken as its vice president of brand strategy and growth for Goody and Ouidad. She previously held roles at L’Oréal, Beiersdorf and Unilever and will oversee Goody and Ouidad’s approach to innovation, social and marketing in her new role.
