He's responsible for convincing the singer to try new styles – from a sleek blow-out to a pixie crop – but for the wedding, the vibe was pure J-Lo, with a half-up-half-down 'do complete with full, bouncy, loose curls along the bottom.
The look perfectly complemented the minimalist vibe of the wedding dress, a white sleeveless number with a cinched waist. In a second look, Appleton added a classic veil to pair with a Zuhair Murad ivory lacy dress with a sweetheart neckline.
